We also appreciate that where to draw these different lines is neither self-evident nor uncontroversial. We appreciate, therefore, the political risk and the risk of politization. So where does this leave us? It leaves us in a difficult space, a space marked by moral and political dilemmas to which easy answers are not forthcoming.
